Monitor+ can pair with a Tilta Nucleus wireless hand unit, letting you do focus pulling on electronic lenses directly — turn the hand unit’s wheel and the camera’s electronic focus follows, with no mechanical focus motor required.
Step 1 — Turn on Bluetooth on the hand unit
Before Monitor+ can find the hand unit, enable Bluetooth on the device. The menu path depends on your Nucleus model:
| Model | Menu path |
|---|---|
| Nucleus Nano II | Menu → Connect → Bluetooth → On |
| Nucleus M II | Menu → Wireless → Bluetooth → On |
| Nucleus M | Menu → Wireless → Blue → On |
Once Bluetooth is on, the hand unit is discoverable and ready to pair.
Step 2 — Pair it in Monitor+
- Open Monitor+ and go to the Accessories tab.
- Add / scan for a new accessory — Monitor+ scans for nearby Bluetooth hand units.
- Select your Nucleus hand unit from the list to connect.
- Once connected, enable the accessory and you can start pulling focus with the wheel.
