Can the Pro upgrade of the Android version and the iOS version be shared?
No, two platforms are independent of each other
For Android version, how many device can be activated?
One activation code can activate one account (mobile phone number), and one account can log in to one device at the same time. To change the phone device, only need to log in to the account again.
Which cameras are supported?
Wireless connection: Sony a7R IV, a9II, a7C, a7S III, a1, ZV-1, FX3 and newer models
Wired connection: All model listed above plus: Sony a7 III, a7R III, a6100, a6300, a6400, a6500, a6600

What is the resolution of the video file recorded by the application?
It depends on the actual Live View resolution that your camera feeds to the application. In general, when the Live View Image Quality is set to High, the resolution will be 1024x576.
Which phone models are supported?
iOS: All iPhones or iPads with iOS 13 or higher installed
Android: All devices running Android 7.0 or higher with ARM cpu and OpenGL ES 3.1 supported
Why Live View stops when entered to playback mode?
At present, all Sony cameras will not transmit Live View signals in playback mode.
Why touch to focus does not work?
Please have a try to change the focus area mode to flexible spot. If the focus frame is displayed but not controllable, please make sure the Tap Function option from app setting is set to AF Area.
For a6x00 series and a7 III series, please turn off the Center Lock-on AF option from the camera.
For a6600, please make sure Func. of Touch Operation is set to Touch Focus from the camera.
